Site Civil Engineer

About the role

TAJ ALSAFA®️ is seeking a full‑time Site Civil Engineer to join its on‑site team in Amman. The role involves supervising civil works on residential and commercial projects, ensuring designs are correctly implemented, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress against project plans.
• Review drawings and specifications, prepare site reports, and track quantities and materials.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct inspections, support testing procedures, and contribute to planning and scheduling to keep projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in construction project execution, covering structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Proven ability to read, understand, and implement engineering drawings on site.
• Good knowledge of MEP works and experience coordinating with relevant parties.
• Strong leadership skills to manage site activities, make decisions, and resolve on‑site issues efficiently.
• Immediate availability to join the team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with engineering software and computer applications used in site operations.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and related technical processes.
