Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high‑quality food services at one of our contract locations. The role ensures continuous 24/7/365 operation of dining facilities, equipment maintenance, and related support functions in line with the Performance Work Statement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule personnel for food service, DFAC equipment maintenance, hood and duct system cleaning, bottled water distribution and storeroom operations.
• Maintain compliance with contractual requirements, CDRL reporting, and government quality‑assurance standards.
• Manage sub‑contracts that support the contract’s service scope.
• Ensure a safe, clean, sanitary and professional environment across all work areas.
• Develop and maintain documented training programs for staff.
• Safeguard government and contractor property, including facilities, equipment and tools.
• Accurately complete time‑reporting and timesheets; perform escort duties as required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum qualification mentioned).
• Experience supervising food‑service operations and equipment maintenance in a 24/7 environment.
• Ability to interact with contracting officers, contract administrators and government quality‑assurance personnel.
• Strong focus on safety, sanitation and compliance.
