Site Manager (Secret Clearance)

About the role

The Site Manager provides direction and leadership to OMDAC‑SWACA personnel, overseeing administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all equipment at the assigned site. The role ensures safe operations, compliance with government and mission assurance programs, and acts as the primary conduit of information between site staff, customers, and project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain work and vacation schedules to ensure coverage per contractual requirements.
• Report outages and corrective actions following local procedures and coordinate with military counterparts.
• Develop Work Center Operating Procedures and provide guidance to site personnel.
• Enforce Government, Mission Assurance, Safety and training programs and mentor staff.
• Coordinate site access for personnel and official visitors, and manage equipment resources.

Required profile

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years supervisory or managerial experience in telecommunications O&M teams.
• Ability to work in high‑heat outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Telecommunications Operations & Maintenance expertise.
