SME Sales Representative

About the role

Masafat, an authorized agent for Zain, a leading regional telecommunications provider, is hiring a full-time, on-site SME Sales Representative in Amman. The role focuses on selling Zain's telecom products and services to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with small and medium-sized enterprises
• Prospect and contact potential business customers, and conduct sales meetings and presentations
• Prepare proposals tailored to client needs and manage the sales pipeline
• Negotiate contracts and follow up promptly to close deals and meet sales targets
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, provide account support and coordinate with internal teams

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation skills; B2B or SME sales experience preferred
• Solid customer service and relationship management skills
• Basic understanding of telecom products, or willingness to learn quickly
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work on-site in Amman, manage time well and meet defined sales targets
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in telecom, technology or related fields is an advantage

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems or sales tracking tools
• Common office software such as Excel, Word and email

What we offer

• Total salary of JOD 400 inclusive of transportation allowance
• Attractive commission on top
