About the role

We are seeking a creative and trend‑driven Social Media Content Creator to join Barracuda Marketing Agency in Amman. You will shape our clients’ online presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn, delivering engaging content that drives growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule posts, stories, reels and captions that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop monthly content calendars and overall marketing content strategies.
• Plan and execute launch campaigns for new products and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content and platform algorithm changes.
• Monitor performance metrics, insights, engagement, reach and audience growth.
• Optimize content strategies based on analytics and performance data.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and creative direction across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce creative campaigns and fresh content ideas.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends and audience behavior.
• Creative mindset with solid content writing and campaign ideation abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Highly active and skilled in audience engagement.
