Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Lavina, a Jordanian herbal and fruit tea brand owned by Megafood, is looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who will also be the face of the brand. The role is full-time and on-site in Al Muwaqqar, with shoots and meetings in Amman. You will own the content from idea to post, appear on camera presenting the teas, rituals and behind-the-scenes moments, and work directly with the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and publish a weekly content calendar: reels, carousels, static images and stories
• Present products, rituals, launches and behind-the-scenes moments on camera
• Shoot and edit short-form video and photos, on your phone and with the videographer
• Write warm, on-brand captions and turn trends into ideas that fit the products
• Manage UGC creators and influencer collaborations, and track performance with a monthly review
• Represent the brand at events, sampling days, exhibitions and in-store activations
• Create content for the website, online store, newsletters and sales materials
• Help answer customer messages and community questions
• Support product launches, campaigns and day-to-day projects with sales, operations and production

Required profile

• 3+ years managing social media for a brand, agency or own account
• A portfolio of live accounts and content you created yourself
• Professional written and spoken English
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video and confident on camera
• Flexible, hands-on attitude and interest in tasks beyond marketing
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Al Muwaqqar, with shoots in Amman

Required skills

• Nice to have: experience with food and beverage, FMCG or lifestyle brands
• Nice to have: strong Arabic copywriting
• Nice to have: Canva or design skills for carousels and statics
• Nice to have: comfort with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools
• Nice to have: experience working with creators and influencers
