Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join Qreative Media Agency’s Amman office to lead the planning, creation and scheduling of social content for a portfolio of clients. Working closely with account and creative teams, you will ensure every post aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals while driving audience growth and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and TikTok.
• Write, edit and publish posts, images and short videos that reflect each client’s voice.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate regular reports and optimise content based on data insights.
• Engage with community comments and messages, fostering positive relationships.
• Research emerging trends, propose new ideas and collaborate with internal teams on broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media campaigns, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman and collaborate within a team.
