Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing role at Nixors is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman. You will be responsible for growing the company’s social presence by planning, creating and publishing engaging content that aligns with brand and marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media editorial calendars.
• Create, edit and schedule content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Optimize posts for each platform’s best practices and audience.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data and produce regular campaign reports.
• Collaborate with designers and cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages.
• Support broader digital marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead generation.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and content creation.
• Experience with digital marketing campaigns and integrated communication.
• Proficiency in using major social platforms and analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data, optimize content and meet tight deadlines.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Previous experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably in agency or tech environments.
