About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Social Media Moderator to join the marketing team of Sharif Eye Centers in Amman. The role focuses on managing inbound social media communication, tracking patient inquiries and leads, and ensuring every interaction reflects the professionalism of our eye‑care brand.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments and patient inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Handle inbound leads professionally and coordinate with call‑center and operations teams to verify appointment status.
- Escalate urgent patient concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Log and track all leads in the tracking system and maintain accurate reporting records.
- Prepare weekly reports on response performance, lead quality and communication gaps.
- Identify recurring patient questions and recommend improvements to messaging and targeting strategies.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in social media moderation, customer service or patient coordination.
- Excellent written communication in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
