Social Media Officer

About the role

The Social Media Officer will join AutoBeeb’s marketing team in Amman to create and publish engaging content that promotes the company’s automotive products and services. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building a strong online presence and supporting community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule posts across all company social media channels.
• Write clear, brand‑aligned copy and optimise content for reach and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align social campaigns with business objectives.
• Respond to audience interactions and support community‑building initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, best practices and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in e‑commerce or automotive.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce engaging, brand‑consistent content.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media insights.
• Organisational skills to handle multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field is an advantage.
