Social Media Officer

About the role

KEO, an architecture and project management consultancy, is looking for a Social Media Officer in Amman. The role covers content creation for corporate LinkedIn and other channels, supporting senior executives' social media presence, managing the content calendar and reporting on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media content for corporate LinkedIn and other channels covering projects, achievements, expertise and people
• Turn editorial, project and service-line content into posts, carousels, short-form videos and graphics, aligned with brand guidelines and approved by the Head of Creative
• Develop ready-to-post content for Managing Directors and coach them to stay active and engaged
• Own the content calendar and coordinate scheduling and publishing across channels
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages
• Boost visibility and credibility with key client audiences, especially on LinkedIn, and support business development around major bids
• Work with external digital marketing partners on paid social campaigns
• Track metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, follower growth and Managing Director activity, recommending improvements

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in social media management or content marketing
• Experience in B2B, professional services or AEC sectors preferred
• Demonstrated success growing social media presence for corporate brands and senior executives
• Excellent written English; able to adapt tone for different senior stakeholders
• Able to work with senior leaders, creative and marketing teams and external partners, including remotely across the Gulf and Europe
