Social Media Specialist

About the role

TJDEED Technology is seeking a creative, hands‑on Social Media Specialist to strengthen its Marketing team. You will own the brand’s presence across multiple platforms, produce engaging content, and drive both organic and paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all TJDEED social media channels, ensuring a consistent and active presence.
• Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with marketing priorities, campaigns, events, and partnerships.
• Create static posts, carousels, reels, short‑form videos, stories, and other formats in English and Arabic.
• Design social media creatives while adhering to the company’s visual standards.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce reels and short‑form video content.
• Cover company events, workshops, exhibitions, and internal activities through photography and videography.
• Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns, set KPIs, and monitor performance metrics.
• Support community management by monitoring comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to gather content and promote activities.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and other relevant platforms.
• Proven ability to create content from concept through production to reporting.
• Experience launching and managing paid social media campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Background in B2B technology, IT, cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise brands is a plus.
