CEO Lawyer, a rapidly growing personal injury law firm, is seeking a creative and results‑driven Video Editor who lives and breathes short‑form content. You will shape the firm’s social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, turning concepts into engaging videos that capture audience attention.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Utilize modern editing software and AI‑based content tools to enhance production quality.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the content team on ideas, hooks, and creative direction.
• Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience editing short‑form and social‑media content.
• Proven track record publishing videos on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social‑media algorithms and content performance.
• Basic videography skills using an iPhone.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and creatively.
• Willingness to produce custom content during the interview process.
• Professional portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Fluent in English and either Spanish or Arabic.
