Social Media Video Editor

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Video Editor to produce sharp, premium LinkedIn videos covering topics such as A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, and design. The role is founder‑led and will involve turning talking‑head footage, screen recordings, and website examples into engaging short‑form content.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short LinkedIn videos ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
• Transform raw footage into polished social content with captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics.
• Apply consistent colour grading and basic sound design to maintain a premium look and clear audio.
• Create strong openings that hook viewers and repurpose longer recordings into concise clips.
• Maintain a clean, data‑driven brand style while communicating with a U.S.‑based team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional video‑editing experience with a strong portfolio of social‑media videos.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy for educational or business content.
• Good written English, reliable, organized and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or similar editing software.
• Motion‑graphics or After Effects skills for simple animations.
