Software QA Intern

About the role

Framework Technology is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Software QA Intern in Amman. The intern will support the QA team by reviewing requirements, creating and executing test cases, and reporting defects for web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional and regression testing on web and mobile platforms.
• Document test results, log bugs, and verify fixes with developers.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand workflows and identify quality risks.
• Assist in improving testing processes and applying QA best practices.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in software quality assurance and a keen interest in learning industry best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret requirements and test outcomes.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QA processes such as test planning, execution, and documentation.
• Ability to design clear, structured test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with version control tools (advantage).
