Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on ensuring the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing, while collaborating closely with development, product, and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using Selenium.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Conduct API testing with tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
• Identify, record, and track bugs using JIRA and work with developers to resolve them.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
• Validate data integrity through SQL queries and database checks.
• Use performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner to assess application load behavior.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong understanding of test types, designs, levels, and techniques.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
