Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our development team. You will ensure that all product features work as intended and help raise the overall quality of our software.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated testing to verify product functionality.
• Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using appropriate tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and verify fixes.
• Perform regression testing to confirm that previously resolved issues do not reappear.
• Assist in continuous improvement of QA processes, methods, and tools.
• Provide feedback on product usability and suggest areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with bug‑tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
