Solutions Architect – Airport Systems & Biometric Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced airport systems, focusing on passport control and boarding processes. The role involves integrating cutting‑edge biometric technologies to improve security and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable and secure architectures for automated passport control and boarding solutions.
• Lead the integration of biometric technologies, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Collaborate with airport authorities, government agencies, and internal teams to gather requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams during implementation.
• Ensure solutions meet aviation security standards, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.
• Monitor emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on airport and biometric solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Facial recognition, iris scanning, fingerprint verification technologies.
• Knowledge of ICAO, IATA and ISO standards related to biometrics.
• Design and implementation of secure, scalable system architectures for passport control and boarding processes.
• Compliance with aviation security and data privacy regulations.
