About the role
Immersive Labs is seeking a Solutions Consultant based in Jordan to join its Scale Team. You will work across the METNA and APAC regions, helping customers quickly realize the value of the Immersive One platform through fast, repeatable, digitally‑led motions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical pre‑sales demos, trials and product demonstrations tailored to qualified opportunities.
- Own the first two months of customer onboarding, delivering one‑to‑many enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Customer Operations to turn qualified leads into active users.
- Support customers in migrating to the Immersive One Core platform and achieving rapid adoption.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in cybersecurity covering the full customer lifecycle (pre‑sales, post‑sales, professional services).
- Comfortable working at high velocity with a focus on breadth and impact across many accounts.
- Based in Jordan and able to serve the METNA & APAC regions.
Required skills
- Strong cybersecurity knowledge.
- Technical pre‑sales expertise.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and customer onboarding.
