About the role
The Spa Attendant joins the Spa team at a luxury hotel in Amman, delivering memorable experiences for guests. You will support a range of spa functions, from promoting services to handling reservations and payments, ensuring every interaction feels seamless.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage spa reservations using reservation software.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming spa environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving light items, lifting up to 10 lb unaided and up to 25 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- No specific license or certification required.
