Spa Supervisor

About the role

The Spa Supervisor ensures smooth daily operations of the spa and salon within a luxury hotel environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests, staff, and service providers, maintaining high standards of service, safety, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employees on property information, policies, and service updates.
• Confirm guest details and scheduled treatments before each appointment.
• Monitor daily schedules, communicate last‑minute changes, and resolve conflicts.
• Promote and sell spa and salon services as well as retail products.
• Prepare requisitions for supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Inspect work areas and equipment for compliance with company standards.
• Notify engineering of maintenance and repair needs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
