Spa Therapist – Luxury Private Estate (Jordan)

About the role

The Female Spa Therapist will provide world‑class massage and spa treatments within a private royal estate in Amman, delivering a refined, relaxing and restorative experience for family members and VIP guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver luxury massage and spa treatments with exceptional technique and professionalism.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene in all spa areas.
• Accurately record treatments, product usage and manage inventory.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and amenities before and after each session.
• Uphold palace standards of confidentiality, protocol and service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or license in Spa Therapy, Aesthetics or Physiotherapy (required).
• 5–8 years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts or private households with proven stable employment.
• Polished, calm and approachable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to speak Tagalog or Thai is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Thai and Hot Stone.
• Knowledge of facials, body scrubs and other relaxation treatments.
• Up‑to‑date hygiene and safety standards knowledge.

What we offer

• USD $1,800–$2,000 gross per month (depending on experience and trial performance).
• Annual one‑month salary bonus (Christmas bonus), accommodation, meals and medical insurance.
