About the role
Sika is seeking a Specification & Sales Engineer to promote its construction chemicals portfolio in Jordan. The role combines technical pre‑sales support, client relationship management, and digital marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and market penetration.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for Sika products within a designated region.
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular visits and presentations.
- Provide pre‑sales technical assistance, product education, and sample coordination.
- Negotiate payment terms, collect payments, and coordinate product delivery with logistics.
- Deliver after‑sales support and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, tools, and BIM initiatives.
- Generate leads, support budgeting and reporting, and prepare management meetings.
- Maintain data in the Salesforce application and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
Required profile
- Ability to travel to client sites and conduct technical presentations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Commitment to uphold environmental, health, and safety standards.
Required skills
- Salesforce CRM proficiency.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts.
