Steward – Night Shift Hospitality Role

About the role

Join a hotel within the Accor network as a Steward, providing professional and friendly service to guests while ensuring the kitchen and dish areas remain spotless. This night‑shift position supports the culinary team by operating industrial dishwashing equipment and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive guest service and assist colleagues as needed.
• Operate industrial dishwashers and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Clean, sanitize, and inspect all surfaces, floors, and work areas for safety.
• Load, unload, sort, stack, and store washed dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Monitor equipment performance, report any issues, and ensure proper maintenance.
• Remove broken or chipped items from circulation and keep inventory updated.
• Maintain dry, clean floors and adhere to health‑department regulations.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Calm, courteous, and able to work consistent night shifts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with the Opera system or similar hotel management software (preferred).
