Stewarding Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Stewarding Attendant to support our hotel’s food and beverage operations in Amman. You will ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment, dining ware and linens, and assist with transporting items across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain dishwashing machines, hand wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
• Prepare fresh, spotless dining ware and linens for guest use.
• Transport dishware and linens between departments as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, report accidents, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 lb.
• Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

Required profile

• No specific education requirement; high school diploma or GED not mandatory.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards and company policies.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial dishwashing and laundry equipment.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures.
• Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols.
