Store Manager

About the role

Checkpoint, a pioneering puzzle brand in Jordan, is looking for a Store Manager to lead its flagship retail location in Amman. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s cultural storytelling and high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, visual standards, and smooth workflow.
• Lead, coach and schedule the store team to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, organise product displays and manage stock replenishment.
• Track sales performance, implement promotional activities and support revenue‑growth initiatives.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations and enforce loss‑prevention procedures.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, operational guidelines and health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
• Proven experience in store management, team leadership and scheduling.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention practices.
• Experience in retail or hospitality, preferably with specialty or lifestyle brands.
• Ability to analyse basic sales reports and manage inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic preferred, with cultural awareness.
