Store Supervisor

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead a team of Beauty Advisors in a luxury retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. This role combines people management, customer service excellence, and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate Beauty Advisors to meet individual and store performance goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
• Train new and existing staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
• Create and manage staff schedules for optimal coverage.
• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as sales revenue, conversion rate, average transaction value, and customer retention.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve sales results.
