Store Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

The Store Supervisor will lead the Beauty Advisors team at Chalhoub Group’s flagship store in Amman, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the luxury beauty segment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback and implement development plans.
• Train new and existing staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and customer service standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and operational efficiency.
• Ensure every customer receives personalized beauty consultations and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyze sales data and implement actions to improve store performance.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales objectives.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
