Strategy Consultant - Experienced Hire (MENA)

About the role

EY-Parthenon Strategy is looking for ambitious, analytical professionals to join its expanding Strategy team in MENA, covering sectors such as government and public sector, transport and logistics, smart city, investment attraction and infrastructure, digital, energy and industrials, sustainability, financial services and private equity. The team works directly with C-Suite executives on strategic and transaction decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in work streams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables.
• Work closely with clients to define the objectives and scope of engagements, in consultation with seniors.
• Deliver strategy projects such as long-term strategy roadmaps, growth strategy, market entry and expansion strategy, go-to-market strategy, digital transformation projects, commercial due diligence and greenfield projects.
• Engage with clients including global corporates, governments and public entities, family conglomerates and sovereign wealth funds.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance; an MBA from a top-tier business school is an advantage.
• At least 3+ years of work experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or strategy firms.
• Experience on significant strategy projects in the MENA or global markets.
• Ability to assess industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Willingness to travel within the MENA region, about 25-50% of the time.
