Study Abroad Counselor

About the role

Uranus Education is seeking a passionate Study Abroad Counselor to guide Jordanian students through every step of their international education journey. You will work closely with students, parents, and partner universities to ensure smooth admissions and visa processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert counseling to students and parents on study abroad options and academic programs.
• Prepare and submit accurate university applications to international partners.
• Monitor the student pipeline from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring consistent progress.
• Coordinate with admissions teams and partner universities to secure offers.
• Assist students with visa applications and required documentation.
• Participate in promotional events and represent Uranus Education at educational fairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling, international education, or related sales/consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of university admissions processes and visa regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for promotional videos.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities for complex student cases.
• Team player able to contribute to recruitment targets.
