Supervisor, Sales

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead the Sales Operations function, ensuring smooth order processing, distribution, invoicing, forecasting and reporting. You will coach the sales team, maintain key customer relationships and collaborate with marketing to meet annual sales targets for specialized pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor functional sales procedures to meet legislative and procedural requirements.
• Supervise daily activities of sub‑ordinates, including monthly planning and performance tracking.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent service levels and sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal marketing for product‑knowledge training and marketing plan execution.
• Provide market and competitor data to inform product strategy.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure activities stay within allocated budget.
• Oversee central distribution processes and monitor customer demand for timely fulfillment.
• Track deliveries and invoices to measure daily sales performance and KPI achievement.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts and major customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 4‑6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop sales teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
