System Engineer – IT Solutions & Presales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Engineer to join our growing team. You will work closely with sales and customers to design, implement, and support robust IT solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations and proof‑of‑concept sessions for prospective customers.
• Analyse customer environments and translate business requirements into practical technical designs.
• Support the sales team with proposals, bill of materials, and solution architecture.
• Lead end‑to‑end deployments, including planning, installation, configuration, integration, and testing.
• Provide training for end users and IT administrators.
• Produce clear documentation such as solution designs, as‑built configurations, and handover guides.
• Offer post‑implementation technical support and act as an escalation point for customer issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in systems engineering, IT solutions, or presales engineering.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, MCSA, or CCNA.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
