Systems Integration Specialist

About the role

The Systems Integration Specialist will lead the planning, design, and delivery of integration solutions that support our digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business and support teams to ensure technical standards are met and that project road‑maps align with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage monthly and yearly project plans for business and support departments.
• Define project scope, allocate resources, and create detailed deliverable schedules.
• Develop new technical solutions that align with the IT department’s strategy.
• Conduct technical research to match project objectives with budget and resource constraints.
• Coach the team on procedures, techniques, and best practices to achieve deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in application development, backend architecture, and integration solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD), Microsoft Certified Associate, or Scrum/Agile certifications.

Required skills

• .NET Core, Java, Python, Oracle.
• RESTful, JSON‑RPC, gRPC, GraphQL API services.
• Version control systems: GIT, TFVS.
• Front‑end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, React).
• Containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Monolithic and microservices architectures.
• Data modeling methodologies.
• Messaging systems, enterprise application integration platforms, and telecommunication systems.
