TA Access Manager

About the role

The TA Access Manager is responsible for planning and executing access activities that support product launch, lifecycle, and in‑market performance. Working across Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Policy and field teams, the role translates global guidance into locally relevant access plans and ensures their effective implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee integrated access and pricing plans, translating global guidance into locally relevant strategies.
• Identify barriers to access, adoption, and payer acceptance, and develop healthcare system readiness plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Policy and Field teams to support assessment activities and early preparation.
• Maintain and evolve value propositions for in‑market brands and manage lifecycle access activities such as submission renewals and HTA updates.
• Maintain relationships with payers, health authorities and other access‑relevant stakeholders, integrating their feedback into plan refinement.
• Collect and interpret market insights, feeding them into access plan adjustments.

Required profile

• Strong experience in market access, pricing or healthcare system readiness within a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with payers, health authorities and internal teams.
• Ability to translate strategic guidance into actionable, locally relevant plans.
• Analytical mindset to assess barriers, scenario planning and performance metrics.
