Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Acuative, a leading IT solutions services company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its fast‑growing technology teams. You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR department to attract, evaluate, and secure top technical talent, while helping to shape the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment processes in partnership with the HR team.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and draft detailed job descriptions.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Track and analyse recruiting metrics (time‑to‑hire, source of hire) and report updates to the HR Director, EMEA.
• Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
• Partner with Marketing to promote company culture and technical opportunities on social media and at career events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience (including internships or part‑time roles).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards and other social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Knowledge of basic technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Database Engineering, and Systems Administration.
• Effective negotiation and interview‑coordination abilities.
