Talent Acquisition Officer – Life Sales

About the role

Delta Insurance is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer for its Life Sales division. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates across multiple functions.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job portals and other channels to attract qualified talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and maintain a smooth hiring process.
• Assess CVs, conduct initial interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a talent database for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Delta Insurance’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Prepare recruitment reports, track hiring metrics and provide insights.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and broader HR projects.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in insurance, financial services or a corporate environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Proactive, results‑driven with a strong ability to develop sourcing strategies.
• Ability to create a positive candidate experience and maintain professional networks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn recruitment tools.
• Experience using HR systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
