Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Dana Academy is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for teachers and administrative staff. This remote, full‑time position focuses on attracting qualified Arabic and Quran instructors while supporting overall HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate follow‑up interviews with department managers.
• Recruit qualified online Arabic and Quran teachers.
• Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment records.
• Prepare job offers and assist with onboarding and probation follow‑up.
• Develop and refine recruitment procedures and candidate assessments.
• Support general HR activities, employee records, and performance tracking.
• Produce regular recruitment reports and monitor hiring progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow‑up abilities.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Experience in education or teacher recruitment is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
