About the role
This full-time, on‑site Teacher role is based in Amman and involves planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and teach classes.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support individual learning needs and maintain classroom discipline.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on academic and extracurricular activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and communicate regularly with parents or guardians.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in education with proven teaching experience in a school setting.
- Relevant academic qualification (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field).
- Experience with classroom management and student assessment methods.
- Commitment to inclusive, respectful, and culturally aware teaching practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to curriculum requirements, and use basic educational technology.
