Team Leader

About the role

Four Winters is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage the daily operations of one of its branches. You will be the primary point of contact for staff and customers, ensuring that service standards, product quality, and profitability targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations to guarantee smooth service flow.
• Lead, train, mentor, schedule and supervise all branch employees.
• Maintain Four Winters’ standards for product quality, cleanliness, food safety and overall operational excellence.
• Implement and monitor cleaning, waste‑management and customer‑service procedures.
• Track sales performance, control costs, manage inventory and coordinate orders.
• Forecast staffing and inventory needs to support operational demand.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health‑and‑safety regulations and SOPs.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate branch performance to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant, café or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational setting.
• Knowledge of inventory management and food‑safety standards.
