Technical Expert Pool – Remote Advisory Roles

About the role
We are seeking qualified technical experts to join a remote pool that will provide advisory and implementation support across a range of thematic areas. Members of the pool will be called upon for short‑term assignments to help meet programme delivery needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct short‑term technical assessments for programme design.
- Support project design, implementation and monitoring.
- Deliver training and capacity‑building activities for government and civil‑society partners.
- Provide policy development, analysis and advisory services.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in one or more of the listed thematic domains (e.g., governance, anti‑corruption, security sector reform, climate resilience).
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Experience working in diverse cultural and geographic contexts, especially in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Understanding of political economy and conflict dynamics.
- Regional experience in Yemen and Arabic language proficiency.
- Familiarity with centre‑of‑government reforms.
