Technical Project Manager – Broadcast & AV Systems Integration

About the role

BSS Broadcast & Systems Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Broadcast and Pro AV system integration projects in Amman, Jordan. You will own the full project lifecycle from contract award to final handover, coordinating all stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from kickoff through installation, commissioning, acceptance, and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor budgets, costs, variations, and overall commercial performance.
• Lead customer communication and conduct regular progress meetings.
• Work with manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Identify risks, delays, and dependencies; implement corrective actions.
• Handle scope changes, variations, claims, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure technical teams have required information and resources.
• Coordinate FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning, training, and final acceptance.
• Provide accurate management reports and ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Broadcast, Pro AV, ICT, ELV, Telecom or systems integration.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, procurement and contract management.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Broadcast, Pro AV, IP networking, SMPTE ST 2110, AV‑over‑IP is a strong plus.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
