About the role
PROCESS&SMITH is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive the full sales cycle for CarrotCut®, its AI‑powered SaaS work‑automation platform. You will be responsible for prospecting, delivering tailored demos, negotiating proposals and closing deals with B2B customers across multiple industries.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify inbound and outbound B2B leads.
- Conduct discovery calls, map customer pain points and present customized product demos.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process: pricing, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly pipeline, conversion and win‑rate reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, product and implementation teams to ensure customer success.
- Identify decision‑makers and execute consultative discovery.
- Forecast sales and track key performance indicators.
Required profile
- 4–7 years of B2B software sales experience with a strong closing record.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Own a car and be willing to travel as needed.
- Excellent presentation abilities for both online and in‑person demos.
Required skills
- Experience selling SaaS solutions such as ERP, CRM, project‑management, task‑management or workflow automation tools.
