Technical Support Operations Coordinator

About the role

Tafakkur is seeking a Technical Support Operations Coordinator to assist the Development and Technical Support Department in delivering high‑quality education through the Tafakkur Program. The role involves coordinating onboarding and ongoing assistance for partner institutions worldwide, using field visits, remote sessions, email, and WhatsApp groups.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule technical supervisors' development visits (both field and remote).
• Coordinate appointments with educational institutions and keep them updated.
• Organise supervisors' time to maximise benefit for implementing institutions.
• Provide technical support for digital platforms such as e‑learning, e‑training, and outcomes monitoring systems.
• Serve as the primary contact for staff inquiries via direct communication and WhatsApp groups.
• Follow up on teacher enrolment in training courses and related matters.
• Record meetings, archive materials, and draft meeting summaries with action‑item follow‑up.
• Support management, technical supervisors, and other departments as needed.
• Prepare monitoring and visit reports, maintaining accurate data tables.
• Track program modification requests and ensure closure.
• Attend institution meetings (office, field, remote) and represent Tafakkur at exhibitions and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong organisational abilities with capacity to manage multiple schedules and priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
