Technical Support Specialist

About the role

The Technical Support Specialist will be based in Jordan and report to the IT Infrastructure Head. You will manage and resolve technical support tickets, assist with system administration, and help users get the most out of our technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage technical support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Provide training and support to users on applications and systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides and FAQs.
• Assist with system administration tasks, including user account management, software installations, and updates.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes and share insights.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend efficiency‑enhancing solutions.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices and monitor compliance with security policies.
• Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and local regulations.
• Perform other job‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCMA) are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
