Technology Lead – ERP, Odoo & Magento Specialist

About the role

The Technology Lead will analyze, develop, and manage the company’s technical and business systems, bridging departmental needs with appropriate technology solutions. The focus is on ERP, Odoo, Magento, and e‑commerce platforms to drive operational efficiency, data quality, and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor all company systems, handling users, permissions, configurations, and technical support.
• Translate departmental needs into clear technical requirements and manage ERP integration.
• Implement and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, HR).
• Develop and integrate the Magento platform with payment gateways, shipping providers, and internal systems.
• Operate and improve e‑commerce platforms, covering UX, orders, inventory, payments, and delivery.
• Act as Product Owner: define priorities, manage backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify automation opportunities, create process maps, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with developers and service providers for system changes and integrations.
• Analyze incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and oversee resolution.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and monitor APIs, databases, and data flows.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards, train users, and ensure system security and business continuity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Practical experience as a System Administrator.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Experience managing Magento and other e‑commerce platforms.
• Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Good knowledge of databases, SQL, and APIs.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence.
