Telesales Executive – Drive Revenue

About the role

The Telesales Executive is responsible for maximising sales revenue from existing DHL customers while also generating new revenue from new customers. The role involves maintaining regular call cycles, building multi‑level relationships and acting as a consultant to demonstrate the value of DHL services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a regular call cycle to existing DHL customers to preserve and grow revenue.
• Probe, question and fully understand customer needs to match DHL service offerings.
• Identify, negotiate and persuade existing customers to increase their use of DHL services.
• Source and act on new business leads, persuading potential customers to choose DHL.
• Monitor credit issues, liaise with Finance and ensure outstanding payments are collected.
• Update call details in DHL tools and ensure internal forms are kept current.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business‑related experience.
• Telephone/sales experience in a multinational company with direct customer interaction.
• 1–2 years of DHL experience (if transferred) and a driving licence is an advantage.
