Telesales Manager – Amman

About the role

We are seeking a Telesales Manager to develop and implement sales plans, lead and train our sales team, and drive performance in our Amman office. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while fostering a motivated and high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company strategy and objectives.
• Manage the sales team through on‑site supervision and training to enhance professional skills and meet performance targets.
• Analyze sales performance data, design motivational initiatives, and boost team morale to improve results.
• Optimize team structure and cultivate a talent pipeline for sustainable growth.
• Communicate and execute company policies, provide constructive feedback, and complete tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and at least 2 years managing a sales team, preferably in B2C telesales or the education industry.
• Strong communication and team‑management abilities, thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
• Highly goal‑oriented with a strong sense of achievement and determination.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with clear, concise, and impactful communication skills.
