About the role

51Talk is seeking a dynamic Telesales Manager to lead its sales team in Amman, Jordan. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high‑performing team, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans for the team in alignment with the company’s strategies and objectives.
• Manage the sales team with effective on‑site supervision and training, enhancing professional skills to achieve performance targets.
• Analyze sales performance data, design motivational initiatives, and boost team morale to elevate overall results.
• Optimize team structure and cultivate a talent pipeline for sustainable growth.
• Effectively communicate and execute company policies, provide constructive feedback, and complete tasks assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and at least 2 years managing a sales team, preferably in B2C telesales or the education industry.
• Strong communication and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure work environment.
• Highly goal‑oriented with a strong sense of achievement and determination.
