Telesales Manager (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a Telesales Manager to lead our sales function in Amman, Jordan. The role oversees Team Leaders and Course Consultants, driving revenue through effective telesales strategies and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement telesales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead the sales department, supervising Team Leaders and Course Consultants while ensuring operational performance.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze business metrics, forecast results and provide insights to senior management.
• Continuously improve sales processes, CRM usage, SOPs and lead‑management practices to increase conversion and reduce lead leakage.
• Establish KPIs, track team performance and hold Team Leaders accountable for target achievement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development of sales leadership and frontline teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to enhance lead quality and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, sales productivity and departmental profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in telesales, business development or customer acquisition.
• At least 3 years of proven sales‑management experience, preferably overseeing teams of 30+ employees.
• Experience in B2C, EdTech, e‑learning or high‑volume sales environments is highly preferred.
• Native‑level Arabic and professional fluency in English.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Amman, Jordan.
