Telesales Officer

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Officer to join our insurance sales team. In this role you will contact both potential and existing customers, present our insurance products using prepared scripts, and work to achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers and present insurance products using prepared scripts.
- Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
- Achieve required sales targets and support future sales processes.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
- Submit periodic reports to the manager detailing accomplishments, postponed tasks, and reasons.
Required profile
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Effective presentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to accuracy.
- Capability to handle work pressure and responsibility.
- Team‑player mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
